The goal of this group is to provide support for our sisters in this time of quiet suffering. Silently fighting for our lives and our marriages every day— alone. There is no cost to attend.
It is also the hope that we manage to help our sisters resolve their issues and keep the marriage in-tact. Divorce is an option and a very important topic that deserves its own separate treatment. It is outside of the scope of this group and we ask that it not brought into the conversations. This is not meant to be limiting but empowering us to explore difficulty without the pressure to abandon those challenges but to power through them with support, loving acceptance, and we will also serve as a network for each other, for those who are called to do so.
This group will meet monthly, the third Wednesday of every month. We will have guest speakers as a warm up and idea generator who will then depart the space. Any guests who do not want to join in the support circle may do also. There is no obligation to stay. Support Circle to follow. Closing remarks and Connections afterward.
This group is currently only open to cis-women, in heteronormative, legally binding marriages. Please do not bring children, even nursing infants. No children allowed. No exceptions.
We ask that you put your devices on silent and not on your person, and that you do not consume any beverages or food during the Support Circle portion. Some find a journal helpful.

Ria Greiff, M.S., L.S.W., is the Clinical Director of Comprehensive Benefits Consultants, LLC. She possesses a unique set of experiences from the <ields of education, human services, and the public and private sector. Her knowledge in providing tailored delivery of services and understanding the needs of the client spans two decades. She is also part of a national group providing Wellness Services for a firm based in
Ria has also had her works published in magazines and periodicals, and is a regular contributor of the State of Ohio run Health Journal, HealthScene. She is also a columnist at the Black Rock Beacon. She is actively sought out as a speaker of Wellness programming for Insurance giants and at National conferences as an expert in soft skills and an EQ Master.
Mrs. Greiff is certified by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board as a provider and a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), and certi<ied in Mental Health First Aid. She has provided services in the capacity of private practice for families and individuals. She has provided group therapies for various agencies over the course of twenty years. Additionally, she has experience working with challenging populations and has successfully managed providing services to disenfranchised populations such as the homeless for over five years. As the Clinical Director for over a decade with Comprehensive Benefits Consultants, she has coordinated and conducted trainings for the members of the insurance providers seamlessly. This involves not only the clinical aspect of services, but maintaining positive and productive working relationships with the members of the team from the participants themselves, to the service providers, to the presenters, to the administrative representatives. Such a balance requires an excellent and diplomatic communicator whose enthusiasm for the service is re<lected in her works. She is highly regarded by her peers, her business associates and creates lasting relationships.
She has been an English Professor at Columbus State for thirteen years, and more recently she also was a Psychology Professor at National American University. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science in Psychology from The Ohio State University, a Master's Degree in Science in Counseling from Dayton University and her working Dissertation is in Wellness Programming for Universal Healthcare in Human Services where she has completed her advanced studies. Wellness is her area of most interest and reaching people on the Prevention end of the continuum is where her direction went from starting in private practice and realizing she could have more impact reaching people in a much larger arena by providing widely attended seminars in Wellness rather than working on individuals getting well behind closed doors.
Ria has a uniquely energizing and compassionate quality and provides her programming in a manner which she describes as, “Edutainment”.

She is married, with three children and five cats, and also is the Model Trainer for Columbus College Art and Design’s Premier Event, the Senior Fashion Show. She is also an enthusiastic mentor for the OSU Young Graduates Mentoring program. Ria has also spearheaded a successful Public Edibles Initiative in a public park with fruit bearing trees, and nut bearing shrubs and annuals of vegetables and herbs for public consumption. She also shares a passion for animal activism with her kiddos aka Team Pizza. �
