Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Nope, All ages are welcome! We do require that children under the age of 13 are accompanied by an adult at all times, but they may participate freely in the event. Children over the age of 13 require their own ticket to the event.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Jorgensen Farms is a 100-acre farm and there are several parking options for the event. We suggest you arrive at the listed address and follow the instructions of the parking attendants for the best experience. Parking is free but limited, if you are coming in a group, we recommend carpooling.
Is this the same as the Healthy Bites event?
Yes and No! It is a celebration of Living and Eating well in Columbus, just like Healthy Bites, but this event is replacing it. The Healthy Living Festival has a focus on health and wellness in general. Guests should come prepared for some samples from food vendors, but it is no longer the main focus of the event, just a portion. This event includes many more experiential opportunities and gives each guest a choice to purchase additional items at the event but offers a lower initial ticket price.
Is there a fitness class schedule for the day?
We are working on it! We can promise that each general admission session will include 2 free fitness sessions included in your ticket price. (at least 1 Yoga session plus an additional fitness session each) We will publish the schedule as the event approaches.
What can I bring into the event?
Bring yourself, an open mind and a good attitude! Feel free to bring a Yoga Mat or other Fitness gear to participate in fitness sessions. We'll have a place to stash them at the event. The property is beautiful and expansive, there will be places to sit, but picnic blankets will be permitted as well.
No Tupperware will be permitted in the event. Weapons of any kind or any item that could be misidentified as a weapon are strictly prohibited at all Columbus Underground Events.
What is Accessibility Like at the Venue:
There are several gravel paths throughout the venue that outdoor vendors will be on/near. The indoor venues have varying levels of accessibility for wheelchairs as some are historic buildings. All attendees should be prepared to navigate some gravel pathways and minor steps to access all vendors at the event. Newer/updated venues on the property that are easily accessible will be utilized for a portion of the event. Should you have additional assistance or questions, please feel free to reach out to [email protected]
What's the refund policy?
Refunds will be given in full if requested up to 7 days in advance (Saturday, July 15 at 11:59pm). After that tickets may be exchanged or sold by the purchaser.
I am interested in becoming a vendor, is there still space?
We will accept vendors until all spots are full. Please e-mail [email protected]
